Our History
Bay View Building Maintenance, Inc. started business in 1995. We are a woman owned corporation and have grown from several 3 or 4 hour a night accounts to a corporation with over 100 part time/full time employees and subcontractors cleaning over 200 commercial office and medical buildings. The size of the buildings ranges from one hour of cleaning per day to over 70 hours per day of cleaning and we currently clean over 3,000,000 square feet of office space. We have customer service representatives and account managers. With our continued success we will exceed 5,000,000 square feet by the end of the year.
